Join 'The Challenge' and start an online business

If you wish to start an online businesss, a good place to start is with ‘The Challenge’. This is a FREE 7 week structured internet marketing course that teaches you how to start an online business and to generate sales on the internet.

‘The challenge’ is to generate at least $1 (and hopefully more) by the end of the course. Each day there is a separate training module to complete in bite-sized chunks.

The course is not entirely free because you need to pay around $20 for a domain name & hosting but the cost is minimal – all the tools are provided free for the duration of the training, including my favourite tool ‘Market Samurai’.

I have joined ‘The Challenge‘ because I like to pick up new techniques from other internet marketers and get a different perspective on my subject.

For example, ‘The Challenge’ uses Google Chrome as their preferred browser because it incorporates some very good extensions and is said to be quicker than Mozilla Firefox – up until now, I have preferred the latter although I have encountered some problems with Firefox.

The Challenge includes an online forum and community. In fact you are encouraged to join other peope in small teams to maximise the experience. If there are other members living nearby, you can even organise ‘Meetups’.

If you are new to internet marketing and want to start an online business, then my recommendation is that you head over to ‘The Challenge‘ and sign up.  The current course started at the beginning of July so there is some catching up to do.

If you are experienced like me, then join to ensure that you are up-to-date on all the latest tools and the basic techniques.  You will almost certainly learn something new – the Challenge is held every year and it has to evolve with the internet which is very changing rapidly.
